3LAB Welcomes Barneys New York

Annual 3LAB Sales Conference

This year we invited some of our top Barneys New York counter managers to our headquarters in Englewood, NJ. Our guests included: Justin Hopkins from Barneys San Francisco, Cheri Moise from Barneys Beverly Hills, Marina Pirkle from Barneys Seattle, Hyesu Kim from Barneys Las Vegas and Savilly Gloria from Barneys Madison Avenue.

Each of our mangers enjoyed a sneak peak of our newest product, and they all loved it. We can't wait to bring our newest creation to market. Everyone also took a tour of our facilities, making a stop at our laboratory where all of the 3LAB magic happens. As one of managers stated, " This lab is like my Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory"

Overall, we think this conference was a great success and we are certain that our counter mangers enjoyed their time with us at 3LAB. Keep a look out for our newest products launching in the fall.

3LAB Makes its Extra Debut

Are you a fan of Extra, the daily entertainment news special covering the hottest trends in Hollywood?

On Wednesday, June 15th, Extra highlighted 3LAB during their 7PM EST airing. Featured in their "Friends Giveaway" hosted by Mario Lopez, we provided 20 3LAB gift bags valued at $400 for the live tapping. This promotion also included five gift bags given away on ExtraTv.com, which boasts over 12 million page views per month. It was a great opportunity for our brand to expand reach and awareness as Extra, currently in its 17th season, is viewed in over 95% of the United States.

Best of all Mario Lopez said, "3LAB is one of Hollywood's hottest skin care lines". We are sure this is only the beginning of the 3LAB buzz as we continue to launch new products worldwide in the coming seasons.

Mother's Day 2011

A 3LAB Mother's Day

Every mother deserves to be pampered more than once a year; however, for those moms who only experience the special treatment once a year, we wanted to make their day EXTRA special!

With the help of Denise Freudenberg and her blog Style Apothecary, we searched for one deserving mother to win our Mother's Day giveaway. After tons of entries, we chose our winner Amanda Hearly. The touching story about her mother is a poignant example of a woman who is willing to lend a helping hand.

"My mom works full-time at a grocery store. She was walking to the florist when she noticed a young boy studying bouquets of flowers with a concerned look upon his face. Curious, she watched him flit from bouquet to bouquet occasionally glancing down at ta small wad of ones in his hand. Finally, she asked him if he need any help. He said he lived near by at Algonquin (one of the low-income housing neighborhoods) and wanted to buy his mother some flowers for her birthday.

The problem was he only had a few dollars and wasn't sure he could afford any of the beautiful arrangement. My mother, heart bursting, helped him pick out the most beautiful bouquet in the store. The boy proudly took them to the register and my mother slipped the cashier the money. She told the boy there were a couple of extra dollars left over and he should buy himself a candy bar. Wishing his mother a very happy birthday, she returned to her workday. In my eyes , my mother is an angel. I think this gift would allow her to feel like the goddess she is "
